To make you will need:
- a cardboard heart shape
- some different shades of pink tissue paper cut into squares
- some ribbon
- glue
- hole punch
To make:
Punch a hole in the top of the cardboard heart
Screw up the tissue paper squares and stick to the heart shape
Thread the ribbon through the hole
